Our full-time Safety Director is charged with implementing our Safety Program. This company-wide Safety Program has resulted in a very low Workers Compensation Experience Modification Rate of .64. This EMR enables our firm to secure favorable insurance premiums and reduces costs for our clients.
The keys to our Safety Program include:
· Weekly jobsite meetings where safety protocols are reviewed and emphasized with field personnel and subcontractors.
· Field Superintendent serves as full-time, on-site safety representative.
· Monthly in-house training sessions with all of our field personnel
· Ongoing education and training programs
· Establishment and implementation of a stringent set of guidelines that must be followed by all employees and subcontractors.
