From conceptual plans to construction documents, project pricing will be updated for Owner approval.

Scheduling
Scheduling all project, consultant and subcontractor activities including long lead time analysis.

Value Engineering
Cost comparison studies and trend analysis will be prepared to evaluate the relative advantages of various systems and details.

Constructability
The construction plans will be reviewed to make certain that the improvements can be built as drawn and that the engineering drawings have been coordinated with those of the architect.

Planning Meetings
Millie and Severson staff will participate in planning and coordinating meetings with the Owner, Architect and Consultants.

Construction Contract
We will prepare a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Construction Contract that incorporates all subcontractor bids and general contractor costs for the project.
