Construct the Project
We will expertly construct the work in accordance with the contract documents, with full-time site supervision.

 

Quality
Standards for subcontractor performance and workmanship will be communicated to the work forces and monitored by Millie and Severson staff. We believe in Strategic Quality Planning.

 

Construction Progress Meetings
The design and construction TEAM will hold weekly progress meetings.

Long Lead Items
The project schedule will be monitored to ensure that long lead items will be ordered so as to ensure delivery by the required date.

 

Tracking Systems
Computerized tracking systems will monitor budget, schedule, change order, shop drawing submittal and Request for Information (RFI's) data to provide timely reports to the Owner and construction TEAM.

Payment Process
A pay request summary, budget analysis and supporting documentation will be submitted to the Owner on a monthly basis.

Job Journals
Daily job journals will be prepared to record weather conditions, subcontractor manpower and work completed.

Safety
Our safety program coordinated by our own in-house safety officer includes on-site inspections and meetings with field forces.

Punchlist
At the completion of the work, we prepare a computerized listings of incomplete or deficient work — then promptly complete and correct such items.

Close-Out Package
We will obtain all warranties, guarantees, manuals and as-built drawings for the Owner.

Final Billing
Upon completion of the work, a final billing will be submitted along with all appropriate lien releases.
